Bowen Center for Public Affairs

Established in 2007,  the Bowen Center for Public Affairs advances the ideals of civic literacy, community involvement, and public service. The center is named after former Indiana governor Otis R. Bowen (1973-981).

The center includes:

• The Institute for Political Participation
• The Institute for Public Service
• The Bureau of Policy Research
