The Indiana Economic Outlook is an annual luncheon and forecasting event sponsored by First Merchants Corporation and held by the Center for Business and Economic Research.
Format
Expert economists reveal their predictions for state and local business trends in the upcoming year. The keynote speaker (usually a State of Indiana official) offers insight into the state's operations, projects, and goals. The program concludes with a question-and-answer session after the presentations.
Advance online registration and payment is required. The price includes the program and the lunch. Companies and organizations may purchase tables (with seating for eight) and have their logos displayed at the event. Event details are determined in November.
