T.C. Steele Flower Garden Design Project

Our site is the T.C. Steele Memorial in Brown County. On this site is Mr. Steele's home and studio. The Indiana State Museum owns the art and DNR manages the property. Mrs. Steele (Selma) had a well-known flower garden. We believe heritage flowers have a legitimate basis in history at this site. An artistic greenhouse is another opportunity for a worthy attraction. It is essential that the T.C. Steele site be the Flower Capital of Indiana; otherwise, the attraction will not meet our tourism goals.
