Offices

MICMuncie Main Office: Muncie
Insight and Research's home base is in Muncie, Indiana, where usability research, eye tracking, and concept testing can be conducted on campus. Muncie, also known as Middletown because of its propensity to serve as a barometer for social change in the United States, has a rich history as a test bed for social research.
MICIndy Media Insight Center: Indianapolis
The research lab in downtown Indianapolis is housed in the Ball State Indianapolis Center and includes a naturalistic home office and living room environment.

This location facilitates research in a Midwestern urban environment involving diverse groups of participants. Results from research conducted in Indianapolis can be contrasted and compared to research gathered in the small-city Muncie environment and the much larger New York designated market area.

The location in downtown Indianapolis also provides opportunities for increased work and collaboration with Indianapolis-based organizations and businesses.
MICNY Media Insight Center: New York
The Media Insight Center, which opened recently in New York, is a collaboration between Insight and Research at the Center for Media Design (CMD) and Schematic, an interactive agency that creates branded experiences.

The facility is designed as a naturalistic living room and home office space in which advanced design usability research will be conducted. Researchers will use a variety of methodologies, including Insight and Research's eye tracking research on the 10-foot, 2-foot, and mobile platforms.

The Media Insight Center: New York gives the CMD a physical presence in the heart of the media industry's hometown. This position facilitates continued collaboration with industry and provides a third and very different market in which research can be conducted.
