WIPB-TV and
Indiana Public Radio.
Services include:
- high-quality video, graphics, and interactive multimedia design and production
- professional broadcast services
- classroom media delivery
- digital and satellite-based conferencing
- media archival services
- media support for distance education
- equipment check-out, installation, repair, and maintenance
The Teleplex has made the transition to HD in both the studio and field. The Teleplex recently purchased the new Sony XDCam HD format, an optical-based format that enables the production facility to do away with videotape and become a truly tapeless environment.
The Teleplex also provides the campus and Internet communities with a variety of media—ranging from classroom lectures to presentations by special guests to original content created by faculty, staff, and students—that has been encoded and made available via
Mediasite.
