Research Funding

In partnership with the Vice Provost for Research, the Emerging Media Initiative awards Emerging Media Innovation Grants, pilot funding to Ball State faculty for research or proof-of-concept development that will result in proposals for significant external funding around a specific emerging media topic. Past recipients have represented nearly all colleges at Ball State and a variety of interdisciplinary projects.    

Calls for proposals are typically announced early in the spring semester.
