Admission Requirements

You'll start out as a pre-business major in the Miller College of Business. If you have earned 57 credit hours and have completed all pre-business coursework with a 2.25 GPA (2.0 GPA overall), you can apply for the entrepreneurship program.

Pre-Business Coursework:

  • ACC 201: Principles of Accounting 1
  • ACC 202: Principles of Accounting 2
  • ECON 201: Elementary Microeconomics
  • ECON 202: Elementary Macroeconomics
  • ECON 221: Business Statistics
  • ENG 103: English Composition 1
  • ENG 104: English Composition 2
  • MATHS 132: Brief Calculus
  • ISOM 135: Business Information Systems
In your junior and senior years, you will complete 27 credit hours of entrepreneurship course work, including the New Venture Creation course that puts graduation on the line. View a sample schedule.
