Operating from the Indianapolis Center:

David Terrell - BBC's Director of Economic Development Policy. David concentrates on helping Indiana communities create economic development policies and strategies that will allow them to thrive. He previously served as the senior advisor to Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann, deputy chief of staff to former Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman, and executive director of the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. 

Brian Blackford - BBC's Training and Education Director. Brian oversees a variety of professional development courses and workshops for community and economic development professionals across the state. Ball State University regularly partners with state and national agencies to bring the latest strategies to Indiana communities.
