The Community Center for Vital Aging

The mission of the Community Center for Vital Aging (or CCVA for short) is to enhance the lives of older adults in the Muncie/Delaware County community through creative, cultural, and intergenerational programs that promote wellness throughout the lifespan.

Our programs are primarily for adults over 50 who are interested in maintaining healthy, active lifestyles, and want to learn new skills (we like to say we put the "plus" in 50+!).

We're all aging - it's an inescapable fact. But for people 50 and older, it's especially important to stay physically and mentally active. The Community Center for Vital Aging can help you do just that. Bring your friends along for informative programs and seminars...cooking demonstrations...computer classes...or even try line dancing! Many of our classes and seminars are free; however, several require a low fee.

Please call us at 765-285-8259 to get more information on what we have to offer. (Note: We are no longer located in the Cornerstone Center for the Arts. We will have new information on programs on our calendar in the fall with locations for the events.)
