Aging Well in Indiana

Peggy and her students created a Web site to connect east central Indiana residents to local healthy living resources and equip them with the knowledge to stay engaged and energetic.

Through active involvement within the community on a variety of levels and participation in many different community events, as well as interviews with community leaders, and hosting focus groups, the students crafted a rich interactive community resource geared towards the “Baby Boom Generation”. Additionally, the seminar produced a PSA, a documentary and a variety of public relations documents.

The seminar's partners included Ball Memorial Hospital, the John and Janice Fisher Institute for Wellness and Gerontology, and the United Way of Delaware County.
