In addition to classroom instruction and clinical experiences, our students learn and grow through involvement in various clubs and organizations committed to professional and personal interests.

The time you spend in clubs and organizations is enjoyable now and valuable down the road. For example, connect with the Athletic Training Club to get to know your peers in athletic training. Through attendance at meetings, you’ll not only gain broader knowledge of the field, but you’ll also build a network of friends and colleagues who can help guide your career path in the years to come.

Beyond the program, take advantage of the diverse menu of other student organizations meeting across campus. There are groups for every student’s interests and tastes, from all-campus organizations to special interest groups to organizations focusing on service, the arts, religious or multicultural experiences, sports, careers, and Greek life.

Dr. Hankemeier, Jessica Kirby, Kyle Parkison, and Mitch Yeagy volunteer their time with the Athletic Training Club providing medical coverage for the 2015 Chase Charlie Races.
