  • the role of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) isoforms in human cardio-pulmonary health and disease progression
  • using site-directed mutagenesis to create dominant-negative PI3K mutant isoforms and adenoviral expression
  • the functions of specific isoforms in coronary artery endothelial cells and cardiac myocytes
