Fair Entry Form

Please note there are two parts to the registration.

1. Registering for the Science Fair by going to 2012 entry form.  Click on the "register online" button, and follow instructions. Contact Marilyn Waldo, science fair liaison, at 765-285-8857 for information. 
2. Mailing the processing fee. Your registration is not complete until the $8 processing fee is submitted to the fair liaison. Checks should be made payable to East Central Indiana Regional Science Fair.

Online registration will close on Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
Entries will not be accepted after this date.
