Our programs and the achievements of our students, faculty, and graduates have become models for design and planning education and practice across the nation and beyond.
All of our professional degrees are nationally accredited by the various accrediting agencies in each discipline. Beyond that, the college boasts a number of other noteworthy achievements:
Over the years, the College of Architecture and Planning also has won the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Education Honor Award three times and was cited by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching as a national model for architecture education and practice.
The Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture has recognized our Community-Based Projects program for its unique combination of experiential learning and public service.
