In the world of design and planning, practitioners say educators need to ensure student knowledge of both material and building systems, among other things. Our Tech Library is geared toward that kind of learning.

As a hands-on resource room for students and faculty members, the Tech Library is sort of a cross between a design firm’s product library and a supplier’s showroom. It thrives on the support of product manufacturers and suppliers, who are partners in the educational support of students, especially in the Departments of Architecture and Landscape Architecture.

The Tech Library is organized to showcase the exciting mix of material and technology essential for the successful completion of any building project. It includes a selection of product literature, samples, and mock-ups for use in the design studios as well as in building technology and site engineering courses.
