It’s best to apply early because only a limited number of students will be admitted to the College of Architecture and Planning's First-Year Program. You must be officially admitted to Ball State before your application to CAP can be considered. Such consideration typically begins in October. If you wish to receive priority consideration for admission to the College of Architecture and Planning (CAP) you must be accepted by the university by December 14. In addition, any supplemental materials must be received by CAP (not just postmarked) by December 14. Those who miss the first preferred application date may take advantage of a second preferred date of February 15.
We will mail admission notifications by March 29 to all who apply and submit all required materials by these dates.
After March 29th applications shall be reviewed for admission on a rolling review process. Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. The admissions committee will continue to meet as needed.
