Academics and Admissions

The 15-credit graduate certificate in real estate development, offered both on the main Muncie campus and through distance education (online or at the Ball State Indianapolis Center) provides graduate students and working professionals from a variety of backgrounds with additional expertise in the field of real estate development.

The 25-credit undergraduate real estate development minor, offered only on the main Muncie campus, pairs well with many disciplines, including urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, natural resources and environmental management, business, economics, finance, risk management, as well as construction management, residential property management, political science, geography, arts and humanities, and the social and physical sciences.
