Minor

The real estate development minor, a 25-credit hour program, presents an interdisciplinary core of foundation and capstone courses and a host of elective courses grouped by specializations:

• construction
• housing and property management
• public policy and facilities
• community development
• business administration
• real estate law
• capstone courses

Electives can be selected within any of these specializations.
