Over 600 graduates from the College of Sciences and Humanities were rewarded for their perseverance, hard work, and sacrifice on Saturday as they walked across the stage to receive their diploma. Friends, family, faculty, and others who supported these scholars gathered at Worthen Arena to celebrate their accomplishments. Assistant Professor of Biology, Dr. Eric Rubenstein gave the ceremony address reminding students that life is full of struggles, and that finishing college does not end the struggles, instead it prepares them to go into the world and successfully take on the new challenges they will face.

We commend our students and all their hard work. They are ready, and we are proud of them. They have great futures and we can not wait to see what they accomplish next!
