High School Students
If you’re curious about earning college credit but are still enrolled in high school, you have come to the right place.
To help you experience the best of high school and college at the same time, we invite you to check out two very smart programs that could help you and your friends become college students while still walking the halls of your high school!
-
Dual Credit Program
If you’re a high school junior or senior, you can start your college experience before you ever step foot on campus. Through the College Transition Program (CTP), you can take high school courses that also count for college credit. These “dual credit” courses are offered at your high school or online. If your school is participating in CTP, apply now. If not, ask your principal or counselor if your school can be part of this great program.

Online Independent Learning Program
High school seniors, with approval of a high school principal or guidance counselor, may enroll in independent learning courses for university credit. Plus, we can help you work with your high school to see if you can earn high school credit for this same class. For more information, contact Nancy Day, program coordinator.
