Courses You Will Take

The real estate development certificate is a 15 credit-hour program. Three courses are required and the remainder are electives you can choose to best fit your educational and professional goals.

Some courses are available online and others are taught at the Ball State Indianapolis Center. Course work must be completed within five years of declaring candidacy; credit may be awarded within this time frame for courses taken prior to admission.
