If you would like to earn Ball State credit for your participation in the Conn-Selmer Institute, you need to:

Attend the sessions and complete the requirements. Twice daily sign-in is required. You may sign in at the CSI Bookstore in the morning and afternoon.
- For 1 credit hour registrants: Attend and complete summaries for at least 10 separate CSI sessions.
- For 2 credit hour registrants: Attend and complete summaries for at least 15 separate CSI sessions.

Provide written summaries about the sessions. Summaries must be at least one page, double spaced, and include:
- Session title and name of the presenter(s) or performing ensemble
- Summary of session content
- Comments regarding the value of the session to you as a music educator, including ideas for practical application in your school setting.

Participating students will need to submit their assignments electronically by June 29, 2012, to: Don Ester. It is best to include all summaries in one document and save as a pdf before attaching, but Word documents (.doc or .docx) are acceptable, as well.
Grades will be posted at the end of the summer term, around July 24. To access your grades, use Ball State's My Education Gateway. You may also obtain an official transcript of your grades through the Registrar's Office.
