Whether you are going home, traveling, working, or even staying on campus, Ball State has a great alternative for you to get ahead or stay on track for your bachelor's degree and still do all the other things you want to do this summer.
By taking one of our nearly 200 online, undergraduate courses, you get the same great professors, quality of instruction, and assurance that your course work counts toward your degree. Plus, you can do your work on your own schedule.
All of this is possible because of our undergraduate Independent Learning Program, a flexible and convenient way for you to take courses that can work around your schedule. These classes are offered in 10-week and nine-month tracks, but you can finish any of the courses at an earlier date to fit your needs. Plus, there is no set time to meet. You do the work at the times of day or night most convenient to you.
If you are a graduate student or are seeking teacher licensure courses, you also have many online course options for summer, as well as courses in our Indianapolis and Fishers locations. See our summer course schedule. Indiana teachers may be especially interested in our RISE-related offerings.
