Payments and Refunds for Online and Distance Education Programs
Ball State uses an online payment system known as eBill. You can even allow family members to view or pay your bills by adding authorized payers at my.bsu.edu.

Installment Plan
Many students choose to pay their tuition via our installment plan.
Employer Reimbursements
Many companies and organizations provide tuition reimbursement as one of their employee benefits. Check with your employer if you are not sure if you are not sure about your workplace. If your workplace provides this benefit, learn more about how to provide documentation to your employer.
Due Dates
Your tuition is due when billed by the Bursar’s Office. Ball State does not send paper bills. An e-mail notification is sent to your Ball State e-mail account when your bill is ready to be viewed.
