Change of Address Form

It is essential that your address be updated as it changes. You may change your address with the online Change of Address form using your Ball State username and password (same as what is used for other Web applications, i.e. grades, course request).  Online changes are effective immediately in the Registrar’s system; however, a time lag is required before the address is transferred to the Office of Bursar and Loan Administration.
