Webinar for New Online Students

If you are a new Ball State online student scheduled to start classes soon or in the next semester, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to our next online orientation about one month before the event.

Can’t “attend” that evening? No problem. You will receive a link to a recorded version to watch at your convenience.

Whether it's learning about our many student services, registering for classes, ordering textbooks, or accessing technology support, you can get all the advice you need. A live chat will give you the opportunity to ask academic advisors the questions that concern you the most.

If you have not received that e-mail or have misplaced it, please send your name and academic program to distance@bsu.edu, and we will send you the instructions on how to access it.
