| The Division of Online and Distance Education is within Academic Affairs that provides student services and administrative support to faculty and staff for the delivery of online and distance education. We work in conjunction with iLearn: Integrated Learning Institute, which serves the instructional design and technology learning needs of faculty members developing and teaching online or blended courses. |  Ball State is a member of the Quality Matters Program, a nationally recognized peer review process designed to certify the quality of online courses and online components.
