Deadlines for Travel Forms

Your travel authorization form must be turned in before the first day of your class start date.

Turn in your travel expense report no later than 30 days after your class has ended. You will not receive mileage pay if you teach in the same city in which you live.

You may also be asked to fill out our blanket travel form.
