We offer four master’s degree emphasis options: general, rhetoric and composition, creative writing, and literature.
At the master's level, we encourage students to explore a wide range of topics in traditional, emerging, cross discilinary fields. Students can take seminars on Shakespeare's poetry, drama, compose flash fiction in a writing workshop, and with rigor, allowing students to build expertise and confidence through small courses with generous and committed faculty.
