Degree Requirements

Minor in Creative Writing, 18 hours

This program contributes to the student's liberal and professional education by fostering creative thinking and effective written expression and communication. The minor in creative writing requires these classes:

Creative writing minor, 18 hours
ENG 230	Reading and Writing about Literature	3
ENG 285	Introduction to Creative Writing	3
	12 hours of creative writing courses, including at least 3 hours from courses numbered 405 and above	12
Total Hours		18
