Ball State students have served as valuable parts of interior design teams. If you would like to hire a Ball State student, below is what we ask of our employers:

• Employ the student for the number of agreed upon hours
• Assign duties and explain responsibilities and expectations of the job
• Provide evaluations of the intern at mid-semester and at the end of the semester
• Keep the intern informed of any changes in duties and leadership
• Make a good faith effort to include the intern in organizational activities
• Keep the intern out of any potentially harmful or dangerous situations
