To be admitted to our
doctor of philosophy (PhD) program in human bioenergetics, you’ll need to satisfy the
requirements of the Graduate School as well as meet the
department’s criteria, including having a master’s degree.
You will need to
apply to the Graduate School.
In addition, you will need to provide the following to the department (Director, Human Performance Laboratory, Attn: PhD Program, Ball State University, Muncie, IN 47306-0280):
- the department’s PhD application form (PDF)
- official transcripts of your college level work with a grade point average of at least a 3.0
- a curriculum vitae
- three recommendation letters
- scores on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE)
- a philosophical statement about why you are pursuing this degree
