A master of arts in career and technical education is designed with you—the professional instructor—in mind.
You can customize this 30-hour program of study to meet your needs, and you can complete the degree entirely online through our
distance-education program.
Our program is designed for teachers who work in high schools and community colleges preparing their students for a variety of fields such as building trades, automotive technology, computer-aided drafting, and manufacturing. This program also can be beneficial to industrial trainers.
Our class sizes are small, with lots of student and faculty interaction. Our
excellent faculty will guide you through
courses, which focus on educational technology, curriculum, instruction, research, and the changing nature of career and technical education. Although this particular program does not provide initial teacher licensure, it can help to meet continuing education requirements.
