Executive Development for Public Service

If you want to prepare yourself for a leadership role in government or not-for-profit agencies, consider a master of arts (MA) in executive development for public service.

You’ll gain a broad understanding of human behavior, effective communication strategies, and the role the government plays in people’s lives, and you’ll be able to use your knowledge in a wide range of jobs. Our program is flexible enough so that you can even design a program of study to fit your unique needs, and you can take advantage of a 2- or 3-credit internship.

In this degree program, you’ll learn through a broad range of courses related to management and public agency administration and become prepared to act in an executive, managerial, or supervisory capacity with governmental and not-for-profit social service agencies as well as the private sector.

This program is available through our Indianapolis Center, and you can access many courses online
