To be admitted to our master of arts in mathematics education program, you must first satisfy the requirements of the
Graduate School as well as meet our
department’s criteria, which includes having a current teaching license for elementary, middle, high school, or special education and at least one year of teaching experience. Although the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) is not required for admission, you might consider taking it if you plan to apply for a graduate assistantship.
