Political Science

Whether you seek to enhance your knowledge of government and government processes or simply want to prepare yourself for law school or doctoral studies, a master of arts in political science can help you achieve your goals.

Our program at Ball State is flexible enough to accommodate your learning objectives and will help broaden and strengthen your political science knowledge. We offer our classes at our Indianapolis Center through our distance education program. You’ll learn from the best, including many faculty members who have served on government and not-for-profit boards and commissions and who are active in both political parties and have sought public office. You’ll also be able to take advantage of internship opportunities with the Indiana General Assembly and other government offices and law firms.

Apply today to the Graduate School and the political science department in the College of Sciences and Humanities. Learn how to defray tuition costs by becoming a graduate assistant and check out other options to pay for grad school.
