Social Psychology

If you’re interested in a career in education, social work, criminology, anthropology or personnel, a master of arts in social psychology can help you achieve your goals. Our program combines an understanding of human behavior with training in research. You can choose from one of three tracks: general, double major in social psychology and counseling, and applied social psychology. You’ll learn from the best, and you’ll benefit from working side-by-side with licensed psychologists helping area residents at our Counseling Practicum Clinic. Our nationally acclaimed counseling psychology and guidance services department is part of Ball State’s prestigious Teachers College.

Apply today to the Graduate School and the Department of Counseling Psychology and Guidance Services. Learn how to defray tuition costs by becoming a graduate assistant and check out other options to pay for grad school.
