Apply to the Graduate School

To apply to the Graduate School simply complete the official application form online and send it with a $50 application fee to the Graduate School, Ball State University, Muncie, IN 47306. If you prefer, you can request an application by calling toll-free 866-285-GRAD or sending an e-mail to gradschool@bsu.edu.

You should complete this part of the application process at least four weeks before you plan to begin classes.

Remember, you will likely have to apply to the department in your specific program in addition to the Graduate School.
