CAN MY PARENTS OR SPOUSE ACCESS MY BURSAR ACCOUNT?

In compliance with FERPA, a federal law protecting the privacy of student records, any inquiry made by someone other than the actual student with the bursar, financial aid office, or registrar for non-directory student information will require the student to authorize the parent or other individual through our proxy system. Without this authorization, any office on Ball State's campus cannot share information of a student's record.
