WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO GET ANOTHER JOB IN ADDITION TO MY ASSISTANTSHIP?

Graduate assistants will normally not accept other employment. If additional employment is necessary, you must get approval from the department chair in the department of your assistantship. If your additional employment is at Ball State University, the approval of the dean of the graduate school is also necessary. Additional on-campus employment is limited to 10 hours per week.
