Apply for Graduation
Before you can graduate, you’ll need to complete an application for graduation and submit it to the Graduate School. You’ll need to send in your application for graduation within the first four weeks of the semester in which you plan to graduate or the first two weeks of the summer semester.
Graduation Deadlines
All master’s, doctoral, and specialist students must apply to receive graduate degrees. The following deadlines apply:
- Summer semester, 2013: June 3
- Fall semester, 2013: September 16
- Spring semester, 2014: February 3
- Summer semester, 2014: June 2

Here’s how you can apply for graduation:
Graduation Application Fee
A $25 application fee for graduation is required for all degree-seeking students applying for graduation each term. If graduation date is moved or if the student reapplies for graduation, the student will be charged a $25 application processing fee for the new term. The fee is assessed per degree objective (example: master of arts, master of science, etc.) and per application processed.
