Life After Ball State

Once you leave Ball State, the world is open to a number of paths for you. Some of our students have hit the ground running in rewarding careers and others have chosen to go to graduate school.

With a degree in history, you can work for your state or local government, or you can even work in film. In addition, history majors also thrive in the area of education. You can teach in the elementary, middle, and high schools. If you pursue a master's degree, you can have other career opportunities.

In our program, you get all of the necessary skills needed to be successful at any of the paths you choose. We encourage you to take a look at our alumni section to see the exciting things other Ball State alumni are doing with their degrees.
