Biography
Michael Doyle’s research focuses on American cultural radicalism and the 1960s era.  He is the co-editor of and contributor to Imagine Nation: The American Counterculture of the 1960s and '70s and author of the forthcoming volume Free Radicals: The Haight Ashbury Diggers and the American Counterculture of the 1960s.  Doyle also serves as director of the Department's Public History Program and regularly teaches courses on public history, oral history, and American utopias, among other subjects.Related Links
