What are colloquiums like?

• Much smaller than other classes: the maximum enrollment is 15 students.
• Focused on special topics that may be too narrow for a regular departmental class or that incorporate material from more than one area such that they are not appropriate for a departmental class.
• Fun, but the workload is still similar to a “regular" honors class.
• Some are a part of short study abroad opportunities.
