What is Honors 100?

  • Honors 100 is a course for freshmen that organizes our Peer Mentoring program, designed to acquaint honors freshmen with the Honors College, Ball State community, the city of Muncie, and fellow freshmen.
  • Each section is “taught” by an honors sophomore, junior, or senior, who in turn is supervised by an honors faculty member.
  • Honors 100 is the Honors College version of Ball State’s Freshman Connections program.
  • It lasts about half a semester, earns 1 credit, and is graded pass/fail only.
