Jennifer George-Palilonis is the George and Frances Ball Distinguished Professor of Multimedia Journalism and the journalism graphics sequence coordinator. She teaches upper-level courses in graphics reporting and interactive media design. George-Palilonis was formerly the deputy news design editor at the Chicago Sun-Times and a news designer and business art director at the Detroit Free Press. She is the author of two books on multimedia journalism, The Multimedia Journalist and A Practical Guide to Graphics Reporting.
