Returning Student Scholarships

After your freshman year and once you've been admitted to the Department of Journalism, you can apply for scholarships specifically for current (or returning) students, including some for students in each major and sequence. These scholarships range in value from $400 to $3,000.

You must apply online with the Department of Journalism Student Scholarships Application no later than noon on Monday, Feb. 18. You must also provide the scholarship review committee with an essay and work samples which are also due by noon on Monday, Feb. 18 in the journalism department office, AJ 300. 

Scholarship recipients will be notified in March of their awards.
