Brian K. Geiselhart, MBA is the Center Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Center in the Miller College of Business at Ball State University. He is an Instructor of entrepreneurial and venture financing in the University’s nationally ranked undergraduate entrepreneurship program and serves as the academic advisor. Ball State University’s entrepreneurship program has continually earned national rankings including: Top 25 in Entrepreneur magazine, The Princeton Review, and Fortune Small Business; as well as Top 15 in U.S. News & World Report’s elite rankings.

Geiselhart is responsible for external relations and outreach including the program’s Military 2 Market initiative, international training through the US Department of State, and partnerships with organizations such as the Indiana Small Business Development Center.  His current research interests focus on emerging technologies, conceptual prototyping, small business valuation and venture capital management.

Mr. Geiselhart attained his undergraduate degree in entrepreneurship and master’s in business administration, with a finance concentration from the Miller College of Business at Ball State University. In 2011, he received the Regional Appreciation Award for his work with the Federal Laboratory Consortium. Geiselhart is also certified in Simplex Applied Creativity levels I and II from Basadur Applied Creativity, which is a method of creative problem solving and innovation.

In his spare time, Geiselhart enjoys researching new and innovative technologies, cycling, and playing golf.
