Betty Brown is a professor emerita in the Miller College of Business. She teaches courses in business information systems management, office systems management, and business teacher education. Her doctoral degree is from The University of Tennessee—Knoxville. She has served as national president for Delta Pi Epsilon, national graduate honor society in business education, and as Ball State chapter president for Beta Gamma Sigma, honor society for collegiate schools of business. She was honored as outstanding business educator by the Indiana Business Education Association in 1997. Her writing and research are based in economic education and teacher education.
