Ramesh Dangol has been an instructor of operations management courses in the ISOM department since 2005. He earned an MBA from Ball State University in 2002 and achieved ABD status from Purdue University in 2010. His research focuses on the capabilities of supply chain members and the effects of collective capabilities on firm and group performance. His paper on customer capabilities and switching costs is in the second round of review for Strategic Management Journal (SMJ).
